Internet of Vehicle is an emerging IoT technology which applies the short range communication in metropolitan traffic system. During the development of automotive electronics industry and correspondent wireless communication topolgy, the IoV concept will expedite the infrastructure development of intelligent city, according to the worldside data, the IoV environment will be booming up after 2025 around the worldwide and connect with general IoT network under 5G/6G communication ecosystem. It will leverage optical wireline communication in backbone system in the city as well, so it's an unsuspect trend which human life will generate more convenient traffic flow under busy and fuzzy city life environment.
